Police charged David Lascala, 29, of Coram with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor, on April 4 after they pulled him over at 4:33 p.m. on Route 27 in Montauk for allegedly driving with his taillights out.

Jan Spoerri, 43, of East Hampton was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor, on April 3 after he was pulled over at 9:48 a.m. on Accabonac Road. Police said that Mr. Spoerri was driving 46 mph in a 30-mph zone.

Victor Guanga-Guanga, 49, of East Hampton was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor, on April 4. Police said that they pulled Mr. Guanga-Guanga over at 6:27 p.m. on Gerard Drive for driving without adequate brake lights.

Hellyn Galeano, 18, of East Hampton was charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor, on April 3. Police said that a complainant told them Ms. Galeano punched her in the face and pushed her to the ground during a fight at the East Hampton High School, breaking her right arm.

Police charged Louis Chuya, 38, of East Hampton with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, on April 2. Police said that Mr. Chuya was pulled over at 11:48 a.m. in the East Hampton Town Hall parking lot in Pantigo Road, but did not say why they pulled him over.

Jeffrey Kiernan, 40, of East Hampton was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony, on April 1. Police said that Mr. Kiernan threw a brick through the front door glass of Twice Upon a Bagel on Montauk Highway in Wainscott on the evening of March 31. Police said that Mr. Kiernan was observed walking near the store around the same time the window was damaged.

Police charged Morgan Siegel, 24, of Montauk with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and unlawful dealing with a child in the first degree, both misdemeanors, on March 30. Police said that defendant, a bartender at the Montauk Memory Motel and Bar, sold alcohol to minor while working at the bar.

Justin Lao, 28, of Mastic was charged with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, on March 30 after he was apprehended outside the Montauk train station. Police said that Mr. Lao repeatedly walked into a crime scene while police were conducting an investigation and refused to comply with orders to move away.

Police charged James Hilbert, 23, of Babylon with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, on March 30. Police said that Mr. Hilbert was intoxicated while waiting at the Montauk train station and refused to sit down and wait, obstructing several pedestrians in the process.

Police charged Daniel Pinargote, 22, of East Hampton with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, on March 29 after they pulled him over at 10:43 p.m. on March 29 on Springs-Fireplace Road near Woodbine Drive. Police said that Mr. Pinargote was driving without any license plate lights.
