East Hampton resident Edward J. Curran died on April 8 at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He was 55.
Born January 1, 1953, in New York City to Paula A. Curran and Edward J. Curran Sr., both of whom predeceased him, he was an entrepreneur and a restaurateur.
He is survived by his fiancée, Ana Gorea of East Hampton; two sisters, Pamela Curran Alexander of Illinois and Patricia A. Curran of Coram; and three nieces and three nephews.
Funeral services were held on April 12 at Most Holy Trinity Church in East Hampton. Cremation followed.
