Klever E. Avila-Bermeo, 32, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, was arrested by Southampton Village Police at 7:40 a.m. last Thursday, April 10, and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. Police said they were responding to a call of a minor motor vehicle accident on Hampton Road when they found Mr. Avila-Bermeo and discovered that his license was suspended. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Village Police arrested Michael McMoore, 22, of Calverton at around 4 p.m. last Thursday, April 10, and charged him with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. Mr. McMoore had been pulled over on County Road 39 for a traffic violation when it was discovered that he had a suspended license, according to police. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Luis F. Oleas, 27, of Southampton was arrested on Sunday at around 1:25 p.m. and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. Village Police said they discovered his license was suspended after pulling him over for a traffic violation. Mr. Oleas was released on an appearance ticket.

Village Police arrested Jasmine I. Ingrassia, 42, of Freeport at around 3 p.m. on Sunday on an outstanding bench warrant for issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor. She was released on $200 bail.
