Pablo Rojas, 35, of Southampton was arrested by Southampton Village Police at 8:50 p.m. on Sunday and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, after he was pulled over on North Sea Road for driving with his headlights off. He was held for arraignment.

James D. Herman, 43, of Southampton was arrested by Southampton Village Police at around 8:50 p.m. on Monday and charged with felony DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, also a felony. Mr. Herman was originally stopped for speeding on Tuckahoe Lane. A computer check revealed his license was revoked for a previous DWI, according to police. He was held for arraignment.
