John Dickinson, 36, of East Hampton was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, on April 20 after he was pulled over at 2:30 a.m. on Springs-Fireplace Road. East Hampton Town Police said Mr. Dickinson was driving with a headlight out.

Glen Gibson, 45, of New York City was arrested by Town Police on a bench warrant on April 18 stemming from a previous charge of criminal trespassing in the second degree. No further information was available.

Town Police charged Alfredo Merat, 46, of East Hampton with a misdemeanor DWI on April 17 after they pulled him over on Cove Hollow Road at 1:10 a.m. Police said Mr. Merat had been driving into the oncoming lane of traffic before they stopped him.

Luis Guzman, 48, of Mineola was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, on April 17 after he was pulled over on Industrial Road in Montauk at 2:52 p.m. Town Police said that they pulled Mr. Guzman over for having too many items hanging from his rear view mirror, which they said obstructed his view.

Town Police charged Edouard Tavernier, 52, of Montauk with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor, on April 17 after he allegedly violated an order of protection by coming to his estranged wife’s house on Hoppin Avenue in Montauk.

Carrie Sutherland, 52, of Sag Harbor was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, on April 17 after she was pulled over on Old Montauk Highway at 10:58 a.m. for allegedly driving with her brake light out.

Ismael Santiago, 37, of Southampton was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, both misdemeanors, on April 16. Police said they pulled Mr. Santiago over on Route 114 at 8:04 p.m. for driving with his taillight out.
