Derby Days Menu

Thyme and Again in Southampton will celebrate the Kentucky Derby on Saturday, May 3, by offering a special menu for catering. Thyme and Again will supply the mint and sugar for mint juleps, as well as assorted Benedictine and tea sandwiches, crab cakes or mini country ham and honey mustard biscuits, and a choice of Kentucky colonel barbecued pork chops or buttermilk fried chicken, a side of green bean salad, and Kentucky Derby chocolate walnut pie or assorted finger desserts. Fondue Night at Muse

Wednesdays at Muse in Water Mill are fondue and half price wine nights. A large selection of vino, hot bubbling Gruyere fondue and a selection of other appetizers will be served from 6 to 10 p.m. every Wednesday.

Tasting Prix Fixe

The Patio at 54 Main in Westhampton Beach is offering a special three-course chef’s tasting prix fixe dinner for $25. The menu changes weekly and is available for dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m., except Wednesdays, when the restaurant is closed. Tax and gratuity are not included. Jedediah’s in Jamesport is offering a lunch prix fixe with a 10-percent discount to local workers when they present their employee ID. Lunch is served Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The price before the discount is $20.08 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Edible East End, the East End Convivium of Slow Food and Chef Todd Jacobs have joined to kick off the farmers market season with a “Spring Market Dinner of All Local Fare” at Atlantica in Westhampton Beach on Sunday, May 4, beginning at 5 p.m. The five-course dinner will include produce from East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Westhampton Beach farmers markets and local brews from Blue Point Brewery.
