Welcome Love

The Lodge in East Hampton welcomes Noel Love as the new general manager. Mr. Love has run upscale eateries such as The American Hotel and Bobby Van’s. To help celebrate his arrival, The Lodge will be offering two 2-pound lobsters every Sunday for $59 all night long. Sushi and Groove

Bamboo in East Hampton now offers free sushi at the bar every Thursday all night long and a DJ playing classic favorites in the evening. Oso Opens

Oso at the Southampton Inn will officially open for business on Monday, May 19. Oso is the inn’s first full-service, on-site restaurant and is the only steak house between Westhampton Beach and East Hampton.

Under the culinary direction of executive chef Peter Dunlop, Oso will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Starters begin at $7, entrées at $23, and prix fixe dinners are offered at $25. Children’s menus are also available. Call 283-1166 for reservations or information.

Springthyme Infusion

Wildthyme in Southampton will pair up with Zyr Russian Vodkas for a “Host Vodka Maker Springthyme Infusion Dinner” on Friday, May 16, at 7 p.m. The five-course dinner paired with Zyr infused vodka and vodka-based cocktails is $85 per person, or $50 for designated drivers for parties of four or more. The menu features a variety of spring inspired hors d’oeuvres, scallop ceviché, seared Ahi tuna, red snapper and duck break with fois gras, followed by a sorbet of wildflower blossoms and caramelized banana and chocolate spring roll with roasted almond ice cream. Alison in East Hampton

Alison Restaurant at the Maidstone Arms in East Hampton is now open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 6 to 10 p.m. The Maidstone Arms Tavern, also now under the direction of Alison Becker and chef Robert Gurvich, will feature a new menu and will be open the same hours as the restaurant. Beacon Opens

The Beacon in Sag Harbor will open for its 10th season on Thursday, May 15, at 6 p.m. The restaurant will serve dinner from Thursday to Sunday and will be open for dinner on Memorial Day, Monday, May 26, and offer weekend lunch service beginning Friday, June 6. Old favorites, such as tuna tartare, steamed mussels and oven-roasted chicken, will be on the menu. New items, such as Beacon bouillabaisse made with local fish, will also be served. Annona Every Day

Annona Restaurant in Westhampton Beach is now open seven days a week for dinner. Weekday hours are 5:30 to 10 p.m., or until 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Sunday hours are 5 to 9:30 p.m. A three-course prix fixe dinner is available Sunday through Wednesday with half-price bottles of wine each Monday. Stonewalls Offers $18 Prix Fixe

Stonewalls Restaurant in Riverhead will present “Death Sends a Signal,” a four-course prix fixe dinner on Tuesday, May 20, at 6 p.m. Talent from Cloverleaf Productions will be provided and audience participation is encouraged. The Patio at 54 Main in Westhampton Beach is offering a special three-course chef’s tasting prix fixe dinner for $25. The menu changes weekly and is available for dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m., except Wednesdays, when the restaurant is closed. Tax and gratuity are not included.

Jedediah’s Offers Discount

Jedediah’s in Jamesport is offering a lunch prix fixe with a 10-percent discount to local workers when they present their employee ID.

Lunch is served Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The price before the discount is $20.08 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

The menu includes daily soup; Satur Farms mixed lettuces with organic flowers, 12-hour tomatoes, white balsamic, EVOO, and sea salt; handmade ricotta gnocchi, olives, capers, tomato, basil, chilis and reggiano; roasted chicken, parsnips, green beans, and “jus de poulet” with truffle butter; penne, rock shrimp, American prosciutto, tomatoes, garlic with fresh herbs; and chocolate mousse, crème anglaise, chocolate sauce and puff pastry.
