Supervisor Bill McGintee told police that a man was taking pictures of him and his house on Woodbine Drive on Monday, December 1, about 9:30 a.m., police reported this week. Mr. McGintee told police he approached the man and asked him what he was doing. The man said he was taking pictures of the supervisor’s leaves, and left, the supervisor told police.
Mr. McGintee called police to report the incident, but declined to press harassment charges unless the man came back. Mr. McGintee told police there may have been other incidents involving the man and he did not want future contact with him.
Mr. McGintee told police he knew who the man was, but police declined to release his name.
