Southampton Town DWI arrests

Carl Runyon, 50, of Southampton was stopped by Town Police on Saturday at 2:27 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 39 and Greenfield Road in Southampton and charged with DWI. Mr. Runyon was pulled over by police for speeding along County Road 39 while traveling eastbound.

Saul Ramos, 23, of Hampton Bays was stopped by Town Police on Sunday at 1:24 a.m. on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays and charged with DWI. Mr. Ramos was pulled over by police for a broken headlight violation.

Daniel Reynoso-Perez, 29, of Southampton was arrested by Town Police on Saturday at 12:07 a.m. after a minor accident along Noyac Road in North Sea and charged with aggravated DWI, a charge administered for registering above 0.18 percent on a police field sobriety test. Mr. Reynoso-Perez blew a 0.22 on the test, according to police reports. Police said that Mr. Reynoso-Perez drove off Noyac Road and into the front porch of the Country Deli. There was no damage to the deli.

Juan Bunay, 24, of Hartford, Connecticut, was stopped by Town Police on Sunday at 2:06 a.m. on the Sag Harbor-Bridgehampton Turnpike in Bridgehampton and charged with DWI. Police pulled Mr. Bunay over for failing to safely maintain his designated lane of travel.

Adrian Mora, 32, of Hampton Bays was stopped by Town Police on Sunday at 3:31 a.m. on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays and charged with DWI. Mr. Mora was pulled over by police for failing to maintain his lane while traveling eastbound on Montauk Highway. Police also discovered an outstanding warrant issued for his arrest by Southampton Town Justice Court for criminal trespass in the second degree, a misdemeanor. Mr. Mora was taken into police custody and held for morning arraignment.

Linda Reichers, 41, of Jupiter, Florida, was stopped by Town Police on Wednesday, December 17, at 8:48 a.m. on Old Riverhead Road in Hampton Bays and charged with DWI after being involved in a motor vehicle accident.

Puna Dagli, 32, of Patchogue, was stopped by Town Police on Wednesday, December 17, at 6:30 p.m. on Shrubland Road in Southampton and charged with DWI. Police report that Mr. Dagli attempted to leave a residence on Shrubland Road after a dispute and collided with several parked cars. Mr. Dagli was not hurt, but was arrested and taken to police headquarters for processing.
