For the second consecutive year the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation was the recipient of a grant awarded by the Southampton Youth Services Bureau!

According to Administrative Assistant Linda Goldsmith, the foundation will use the money to build a fenced-in outdoor area that will provide a quiet and more natural setting for potential adopters to visit with shelter dogs.

Let’s give a big round of applause to Sarah Byrnes, Nellie Nicolova and Sydney Scheurer. The three prima ballerinas took the stage last weekend in the production of “Swan Lake Ballet” at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center. Bravo!

Please help “Stamp Out Hunger” this Saturday, May 11, by placing bags of nonperishable foods at your mailbox to be picked up by our letter carriers. They will deliver your donations to our local food banks and pantries. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
