Chef Todd Jacobs is helming Fresh, the newest farm-to-table restaurant on the East End, located in the former South Fork Kitchen space in Bridgehampton.
Derived from natural and local ingredients, the menu is abundant with organic, raw, gluten-free and vegetarian options. Fresh is open for dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. Lunch is served in season Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and for brunch Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A bar menu is served late and take-out is also available. A full bar offers cocktails as well as wine and beer. A juice bar also serves fresh organic fruits and vegetable smoothies and juices.
