The seventh grade class and their teachers spent three days in a retreat and leadership-building event at Camp Quinipet.
Tickets for “My Favorite Things,” a tribute to the music of Rodgers and Hammerstein are on sale now at the school. The original script will feature drama, singing, tap, ballet and jazz dancing presented by 130 students. Showtimes are 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, and again at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 3. All seats are reserved and are $10 each.
A full range of remedial and enrichment courses in math and language arts will be offered at the school during July. Space is limited and is also open to students not attending OLH. Call 283-9140 for details.
Having completed the gymnasium section of the newly constructed Wellness Center, the school is actively seeking investors and donors to help with the completion of the classroom wing of the new Wellness Center. Information about memorial opportunities available. Tours of the new building can be easily arranged.
A preschool program, geared to the Common Core learning standards is available at the OLH-St Rosalie’s campus in Hampton Bays. Programs for three- and four-year-olds are available. There is a five-day option available for four-year-olds. Tours can be arranged for prospective families. Please call 283-9140.
