Jesus Mendoza, 21, of East Hampton, was arrested by Southampton Town Police at 5:13 a.m. on Sunday on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said Mr. Mendoza was involved in a car accident in which no injuries were reported. He was taken to police headquarters for processing and arraignment.

Jose Garcia, 34, of Riverhead, was arrested by Southampton Town Police at 5:27 p.m. on Sunday on Old Quogue Road in Riverside and charged with two counts of DWI, both misdemeanors, and driving without a license, a violation. Police said Mr. Garcia was seen swerving in and out of his lane before being pulled over. He was transported to police headquarters for processing and arraignment.

Omar Hernandez, 24, of Hampton Bays, was arrested by State Police on Sunday in Southampton Town and charged with DWI and unauthorized use of a car, both misdemeanors. He was held for arraignment at Southampton Town Justice Court. Troopers did not provide any additional information, including the time or exact location of the arrest.

Larry John, 41, of Shirley, was arrested by Southampton Town Police at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday on Good Ground Road in Hampton Bays and charged with two counts of DWI, both misdemeanors, as well as moving from his lane unsafely, a violation. Police said Mr. John, who was originally stopped for the traffic violation, failed field sobriety tests. He was taken to police headquarters for processing and arraignment.

Emil Rensing, 39, of Manhattan, was arrested by Southampton Town Police at 3:06 a.m. on Sunday on Deerfield Road in Water Mill and charged with two counts of DWI, both misdemeanors, and failing to maintain her lane, a violation. Ms. Rensing was involved in a car accident in which no injuries were reported. She failed a field sobriety test, officers said, and was taken to police headquarters for processing and arraignment.

Lucilo Carrillo, 48, of Mattituck was arrested by Southampton Town Police at 5:58 p.m. on Saturday on Flanders Road in Flanders and charged with two counts of DWI, a misdemeanor, and moving from his lane unsafely, a violation. Mr. Carrillo, who failed a field sobriety test, was stopped for failing to stay in his lane, police said. He was taken to police headquarters for processing and arraignment.

Larrin Gerard, 29, of Mount Sinai was arrested by State Police on Saturday in Southampton Town and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. She was taken to police headquarters for arraignment. Troopers did not provide any other information, including the time and place of arrest.

Anton Borkes, 49, of Flanders was arrested by Southampton Town Police at 8:46 p.m. on Saturday on Montauk Highway in Southampton and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. He was also ticketed for driving on the shoulder and passing in a no-passing zone, both violations. Mr. Borkes was originally pulled over for the traffic violations. He was taken to police headquarters for processing and arraignment.

Bobby Gayle, 42, of Amagansett, was arrested by Southampton Town Police at 11:06 p.m. on June 12 on Wainscott Harbor Road in Sagaponack and charged with two counts of DWI, both misdemeanors, and ticketed for passing another car in a no-passing zone. Police said he was originally stopped for the traffic violation. He was taken to police headquarters for processing and arraignment.

Marcia Brower, 52, of East Quogue, was arrested by Southampton Town Police at 5:31 p.m. on June 10 on Lewis Road in East Quogue and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, as well as refusing a breath test and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, both violations. Police said they responded to a car accident and learned that Ms. Brower had left the scene without exchanging insurance information. No injuries were reported. Police caught up to her at her house and said she smelled of alcohol and appeared unsteady on her feet. She was arrested and taken to police headquarters for processing and arraignment.
