The Bridgehampton Citizens Advisory Committee will meet on Monday, September 23, at 7 p.m., in the Community Room at the Bridgehampton National Bank on Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton. On the agenda are discussions about parking and storm water issues and other challenges facing Bridgehampton.

Currently, tax dollars support the municipal parking lots in Bridgehampton, including the one at the Long Island Rail Road station. Thomas Neely, chairman of the East End Transportation Council and Southampton Town’s director of public transportation, will address the particular problem areas in the downtown area and lead a discussion on possible solutions.

Christine Fetten, Southampton Town director of municipal works and town engineer, will give a presentation on storm water management practices the homeowner can follow in light of recent record rainfall that resulted in extensive flooding in and around Bridgehampton.

The meeting is open to the public and questions are encouraged. For additional information visit www.aboutbridgehampton.com.
