A three-car accident at a busy Flanders intersection on Monday afternoon has sent one driver to the hospital with minor injuries.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Flanders Road and County Road 105 shortly before 4 p.m. The crash forced the temporary rerouting of eastbound traffic on Flanders Road, though Southampton Town Police believe the road should be cleared within the next 15 to 20 minutes.
A cause of the accident was not immediately clear.
One woman, a driver of one of the vehicles, was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
