Two additional people were transported to Southampton Hospital after a vehicle crashed into a condominium on Head of Pond Road in Water Mill Wednesday morning.
According to Southampton Fire Department Second Assistant Chief Chris Brenner, one other person from the vehicle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, as was an individual who was in an office in the residence into which the car crashed.
The Southampton Fire Department, along with the North Sea Fire Department, was on the scene for three hours.
PSEG cut power to the condominium complex, as the vehicle broke an electric meter, and the fire department deemed it unsafe to run electricity to the residence.

According to Southampton Town Police Sergeant William Kiernan, the individual is being treated for minor injuries caused by an airbag that released during the collision.
Sgt. Kiernan said that it was unclear how the vehicle, a Mercedez-Benz sedan, crashed.
Head of Pond Road had been closed from Montauk Highway to Lower Seven Ponds Road, but has since opened.
Two people were trapped in a vehicle that crashed into a condominium on Head of Pond Road in Water Mill on Wednesday morning, according to Southampton Town Police.
Sergeant William Kiernan said police received the call at 10:43 Wednesday morning and called for assistance from Southampton Village Volunteer Ambulance and Southampton Volunteer Ambulance. Head of Pond Road remained open, Sgt. Kiernan said.
Police were still on the scene.
