Schiavoni Joins Firm

Andrea Harum Schiavoni of Sag Harbor recently joined Campolo, Middleton and McCormick, a full-service business law firm with offices in Bridgehampton and Ronkonkoma. She will focus on real estate closings and transactional matters for East End businesses.

Ms. Schiavoni is a graduate of the University of Miami and the Whittier College School of Law in California. She was elected Southampton Town Justice in 2008 and appointed as the Sag Harbor Village Justice in 2010. Ms. Schiavoni will continue to sit on both benches while working with Campolo, Middleton and McCormick.

Joe Campolo, the firm’s managing partner, cited Ms. Schiavoni’s experience as town and village justice, and as an attorney, as being assets to the firm. “Her broad range of expertise and knowledge will allow us to better serve our clients,” he said.

Leadership Award Granted

BaintonLynch, a law firm based in Manhattan, Garden City and Queens, has announced that Carl A. Irace was awarded “The Leadership in Law Award” by Long Island Business News.

Mr. Irace, an East Hampton resident, was honored at a gala dinner at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury on November 13. The award recognizes individuals in the legal profession whose excellence in leadership has had a positive effect on Long Island.
