Police spokesman Howard Kalb did not say whether or not the officer who arrested Mr. Musso saw fireworks going off from the house or received a call complaining about the use of fireworks. But when police investigated, they found Mr. Musso with an array of fireworks. Mr. Musso had bottle rockets, mortars and fiestaballs, according to police. Police said they did not know if there was a party at the house on Petrel Lane, or if Mr. Musso lived there.
