Bridgehampton School
Bridgehampton High School is being awarded the Teeny Award in the category of “Innovations in Theatre Education” from the East End Arts Council for its first theatrical production of “A Night on Broadway – A Musical Review” starring Jennah Hochstedler, Laura Uribe, India Hemby, and Elizabeth Hochstedler. The school’s first theatrical production featured an original script and was directed by music teacher Lindsay Sanchez with piano accompaniment by Karen Hochstedler.

English teacher Lenore Wright will be presenting the National Honor Society Awards for qualifying students in grades six through 12 at the upcoming Honor Society induction ceremony on Wednesday, May 29, in the school gymnasium. Parents, faculty, students and staff are welcome to attend. The Relay for Life of the South Fork will begin at 6 p.m. outdoors at the Bridgehampton School on Friday, May 31. The event honors those who have survived cancer and includes a luminary ceremony that will take place at nightfall to remember those lost to the disease.

The Bridgehampton School Band will be performing at the annual Memorial Day ceremony at the founder’s monument on Ocean Road in Bridgehampton. The ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, May 27.
