Bridgehampton School
The annual Day of Achievement for academics and athletics for students in grade six through 12 was held on Thursday, May 16. Athletic Director Mary Anne Jules presented certificates to all students who participated in a sports program, and teachers of academic subjects presented awards for excellence and effort in the classroom.

Vanessa Cruz received the athletic award, Attitude is Everything, Made Aditya Nugraha received the Scholar-Athlete Award, and Christian Figueroa was the recipient of both the Gold Key and John Niles Award.

The Bridgehampton School Marimba Ensemble’s active May performance schedule included Family Fun Day at the Children’s Museum of the East End on Saturday, May 4, the Cultural Day Celebration at the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill on May 5, and the Showmobile in Riverhead for the East End Arts Council Mosaic Street Fair on Sunday, May 26.

The Relay for Life of the South Fork will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 31, outdoors at the Bridgehampton School. All are welcome to the event.
