Fireworks Will Light Up East End Skies For Independence Day

North SeaThe North Sea Fire Department will hold its 68th annual carnival on Tuesday, July 2, through Saturday, July 6, from 7 to 11 p.m. nightly, at the department’s field on Noyac Road. Fireworks will be held on Wednesday, July 3, and Saturday, July 6, at approximately 10 p.m. each night. SouthamptonThe Commission on Veterans Patriotic Events will be sponsoring its annual Independence Day Parade on Thursday, July 4, at 10 a.m. starting at Railroad Plaza and traveling down Main Street and Jobs Lane in Southampton Village.

Southampton Fresh Air Home will host its “American Picnic” benefit on Friday, July 5, from 7 to 10 p.m. at 1030 Meadow Lane in Southampton. Tickets are $300 for adults and $150 for children age 2 to 20. Fireworks by Grucci will be launched over Shinnecock Bay at dusk. The public can watch for free from Coopers Beach.
