Congratulations to Brittany McBurnie of Remsenburg! The senior, who is majoring in business administration, was named to the president’s list at SUNY Oswego. And Kevin DeVivo of Speonk was named to the president’s list at SUNY Potsdam. His major is music education.

Hurrah to R.J. Kern, who plays the French horn, and Cole Federico, who plays the clarinet, as both were awarded first chairs at the 2014 Hampton Music Educators Association Festival. Both study privately with Matthew Sikorski of Center Moriches, a music teacher at the Raynor Country Day School in Speonk. The boys also want to thank their school music teachers for helping them reach this goal!
