Students named to the High Honor Roll for the third quarter marking period by earning an average of 90 or better were Franky Bonilla, Chjuvaughn Cameron, Jaden Campbell, Max Cheng, Autumn Coffey, Nia Dawson, Tatyana Dawson, Harriet DeGrooot, Daniel Denton, Nathaniel Depasquale, Caleigh Hochstedler, Elizabeth Hochstedler, Jennah Hochstedler, Hayley Lund, Claudia Patterson, Jada Pinckney, Autumn Street, Maximus Tiska, Laura Uribe and Elijah White.

Students named to the Honor Roll by earning an 85 or better were Robert Isiah Aqui, Aziza Brunson, Cecilia Calieca, Giselle Carmona, Jonathan DeGroot, Jamari Gant, India Hemby, Destiny Hodge, Matthew Hostetter, Madeleine Koral, Anajae Lamb, Kimberly Rojas Cortez, Monserrat Udave, Jerome Walker, Kwame Yirenkyi and Milo Youngerman.

Seventeen seventh- through 10th-graders from Bridgehampton School were joined by students from Springs and Pierson, teachers Tom House and Nancy Bagshaw and chaperone Linda Zetwoch on a Hampton Library sponsored trip to the Bronx Zoo on Saturday, April 26. The Friends of the Hampton Library provided bus transportation and a pizza lunch for participants for the trip which was organized by librarian Kim Zettwoch.

The compassion in action student council will host a “Recycled Fashion Show” on Friday, May 23, from 7 to 9 p.m. The show features student-made designs from four categories of materials including recycled clothing, duct tape, clothing created from household items, and accessories made from recycled materials.
